Why do my hands shake so often?

when im writing something and then i keep my pencil still above the paper as i decide what to write, i notice my hand starts to tremble a lot, and it also happens a lot of other times like when im eating and stuff and i dont know why? i dont drink coffee very often and i never have energy drinks btw

Not being a physician, your symptoms described may indicate a pre/diabetic condition which can be easily discerned by lab work. The "shakiness" of the hands is a result of low sugar levels within the body. Just talking from experience. Good luck.

My son's hands tremble too but no known cause. I use to think it was the shakes after partying the night before in college. But it still happens years later. He has regular physicals. He's healthy.
