Is drinking soda good for health?

Not really. Ginger ale is good when you're ill. Some sugar is OK. Maybe one a day would be all right but after that just drink water. They even have water now with natural fruit juices in it. They're good!

It can be. If you have low blood glucose, the sugar in soda can help fix that.

Diet soda has actually been proven worse than regular. Artificial sweeteners have now been directly linked to certain types of cancers.

You can drink soda as much as you can but you should drink plenty of water after drinking to replace the water because the soda contains high sugar content that loses water.
