Despite what so many of the self proclaimed judges here decide, that is an issue totally between God and those two men. - Why would you think that anyone here could answer such a question? Those men will pay the full measure of justice, balanced with God's mercy, just like we all will. - Better to ask how God will judge you than to worry about how he will judge others.
We have no proof of Heaven or Hell. So we can't answer your question with facts sweetie. Going by what the bible says, if they asked for forgiveness and accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts before they died, then their sins (no matter how terrible) were forgiven.
To those who believe in Hell and Heaven, absolutely. They sinned, and their sin was not something related to only God's orders, let's say God's rights. God may forgive those who did not obey his laws, but won't forgive those who deprived people of their rights, unless the people forgive them, which I think they'll never do. Tearing people in two pieces by tying them to two cars driving in opposite directions, using chemical weapons, killing thousands of innocent people, using the money belonging to a nation all for yourself and whimsical wishes are not forgivable.
Only an insensitive loser would ever forgive someone who committed such atrocities. It would be disrespectful to the victims and their families. Why would any being mortal or immortal, think that mass murder is forgivable? Personally, I think we should have done something sooner to prevent mass murder. But that is only my opinion.
There will be a day of reckoning. Rulers who die in their sins will face the ultimate punishment, eternity in hell. Hitler, Lenin, and others who have rejected Christ and abused the people of God have been serving their sentence in hell for a long time.
Maybe punishment is loss of any reward, I'm told hell means hole, I believe the punished, just remain in the hole. I don't believe god is into punishment, just reward for the deserving. If you are evil, you are just gone, like you never existed.
