The more important thing to decide is what you are actually eating, rather than when. It's never a good idea to miss breakfast. That's the time when your body is in greatest need of hydration and nutrition.
Dont skip any meal. Thats very unhealthy. If nothing else use one of those meal replacement shakes or smoothies. Starvation is the worst diet method ever! You skip a meal and by the next meal youll be so hungry youll over indulge. Moderation at each meal or a very small meal every two hours is best
If your goal is to lose weight, don't skip any. Instead, eat a moderate meal that is well balanced. In fact, you might even eat four small meals. When people starve themselves, they tend to make up for it with the next meal. If you eat regularly, you won't be so hungry and can control your intake.
