You can't block hunger, that's like trying to prevent your bladder from filling up--it's gonna happen. But what you can do is train your body so it'll call for food only at the times you put food in it. Try eating a meal at a particular time during the day, and do that for 3-4 days and watch you'll only get hungry at that time.
probably not a great idea to not eat? although there are things you can by that helps you eat less, and feel full. for instance, i have to eat fiber one bars, which are also pretty healthy, and eating just one is suppose to also help hunger and make you feel fuller. but not eating isnt a good idea, so i hope this helps.
Drink plenty of water to fill your stomach, and when you do eat, eat filling healthy foods, like an apple. It's also very hard to distinguish between thirst and hunger. (Unless of course your mouth is very dry from dehydration) so you may be thirsty rather than hungry.
Try eating more protein so that you are more full, also breakfast really IS the most important meal of the day, usually if you eat a more high protein healthy breakfast that fills you up, and you won't be as hungry than just eating a bowl of cereal or an apple.
