Yeah sure. If you stay motivated, eat smart and do it everyday. It should actually be easier and fun because you'll be swimming and going to amusement parks and going outside all day so you should be able to lose a lot of weight :D Just have fun while doing it.
It is possible to lose 60 pounds over the summer. You can eat smaller portions of more frequent meals instead of eating 3 times a day. You can also lift weights so that it enhances the rate of weight loss.
that's too much for 3 months, I think . but yeah its possible. stay focused, eat lots of vegetables. if you keep on finding yourself uncomfortable with what you're doing, you're approaching it wrong and are likely to fail

3 months is a short time frame - what is the rush? Is it because you want to look good for the summer? Then it could happen, but you may find yourself seeking to lose 70 pounds again the same time next year. I lost 60 pounds in 7 months, but I took my time, educated myself, and put no timeframe on when I wanted to lose the weight. This is a healthier choice and decision. Do not rush the weight loss especially if you want to keep it off. I've been on numerous "diets" throughout my life, but once I put forth the energy and effort towards living a healthier lifestyle, I've been able to constantly lose the weight, gain a lot of energy, and help others. I've started my own healthy living program and my clients are losing, but they are losing properly. Yes, it is a difficult task at first, but if you have the right guidance, you could successfully lose the weight too and keep it off.
