With a 1000 calorie diet and excersizing 4 times a week for an hour what can my estimated weight loss be in 3 months. I weight 200 btw.
If you trying to loose weight eat vegetables. Spinach, etc. drink only water stay away from soda. Stay away from junk food too!! Work out 4 times a week twice in one day.NOO Junk food ! Only green food and water.
