Summer bikini body?
I'm going on a field trip for school and there will be a water park there. I am almost 5'4" and 136-139 lbs and I have a little gut I'm worried about. Is there any way I could "tone up" a little in 3 weeks? I have curves so it is evenly distributed but I have a little pouch which is normal I think (maybe it's just an excuse...) and my legs are kind of thick but not near obese. Also girls sometimes only wear a top (like a shirt) with their bikini bottoms while others wear shorts and then let their upper body show while some don't wear anything but the swimsuit. What should I do? Thanks to all answers!
