You cannot lose that much weight in that little amount of time. Just eat healthy foods... stay away from as much processed food as you can. Stay away from soda's and candy. Walk, jog, or run.... for at least a half hour a day. You can lose that much in a month... but not two weeks. Do not worry about your weight... Worry more about how you look and how you feel. If you put on muscle... You will weigh more. Muscle weighs more than fat does. Good luck.
It's not recommended that you lose more than two pounds a week. And you don't need to have no carbs, which wouldn't be healthy. If you really want to lose weight it's good to alternate between running for one minute and walking for one minutes for at least a half hour each day to start, adjusting the time spent on each depending on your level of fitness. Drink lots of water and always eat breakfast. One thing that can be helpful is to stop eating grains and added sugar after lunch (or after breakfast if you really want to lose weight fast) and watch your fat intake as well. Hope this helps!
