How do i tell somebody i like someone but i can't trust them

You can wait until you have a conversation and you bring up a topic that you know that person will not be sincere to you. At such a time you can tell him or her that you like him/her but at times you do not have trust . You may tell him/her why you do not have trust that is if you are close friends.
