I have some fat on my upper arm near my shoulder and lots on my upper thighs. What are some ways to get rid of it?
i hate it.
A good thing to do would be just tighten it up. The gym and do upper body. Or you can stay in doors. Just do push ups,sit ups,pull ups,etc. maybe fat burning pills.
You should do sit-ups,push-ups,and go to the gym my mom did that and it worked ;)
