I gained 4 pounds in three weeks! I'm freaking out and I can't figure out how it happened so quickly!
I'm thirteen and I'm 114.4 pounds now, but I was only 110 point something three weeks ago! I haven't grown at all in height, and I can tell I've gained a little weight. I still have a healthy BMI and all, but I really want to figure out why I'm gaining weight so quickly so that it doesn't turn into an issue. I'm not that unhealthy, although I must admit I haven't exercised much in the past few weeks. (I'm going running tomorrow, chill.) That's because I have no sports going on right now, which I usually do. I do 100 sit ups a night for this thing we're doing for PE in school, though. Um, I guess my eating habits are pretty healthy. Now that I think about it, I probably consume too many frapaccinos (forgive my spelling) at Starbucks, and I have put Nutella on toast in the morning a few more times then I need to. But is that all it takes to gain four pounds in three weeks? PLEASE help, I really don't want to gain any more weight like this!
