Nope. Not unless you're still growing, which at age 20, is possible. You may grow as much as another inch in the next year or two, but that's about it. Your maximum height is reached around your age, or often, a few yrs. younger than you are now. Eating healthy as a young child may increase height some, but height seems to be mostly hereditary. The only things you can do to change your height are to stand up straighter/practice better posture (don't slouch), and/or wear higher-heeled shoes. Sorry, we can't choose our height -- it is what it is... :)
(female) i grew from 5'8 in hs to 5'11 by the age of 20...here is an observation: as i have grown older i have found that...shorter people want to be taller, tall people (like myself) wish they were shorter...whether your grow more on not, just stand up straight and be happy with yourself!!!! i was always self-conscious about towering over my friends and guys in jr high and hs. so i slouched. now in my 50's, i struggle to hold my shoulders back everyday !
