What does High CPU usage mean when the window pops up on my computer

As I go through my computer moving from program to program a window pops us saying High CPU usage?

When the window pops up on your computer indicating "High CPU usage" it means that your system is running many tasks than it can manage at one time. This can be as a result of the version of web browser it is using or you have opened a lot of tabs.
