What should I do? The thought of eating and food is making me feel sick.
It started last night after dinner and I ignored it. Then in the morning before breakfast I felt strange and light headed and I was not hungry at all. The thought of eating even made me feel sick. So I skipped breakfast and went to school. Now it's near lunch and the thought of eating is suddenly repulsive again. What should I do? Should I force my self to eat lunch? I have a bad habit of skipping meals when I don't feel well.
