they probably don't have to. In most states you are considered a sub contractor or free will employee. They can fire you for no reason or any reason at all.If you're union that's diff you could file wrongful termination .
Contact a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure they have a right to maintain the complainant's anonymity to you.
