I was recently terminated from my job based on a sexual harrasment charge. My employee didn't present me with any documentation.

they probably don't have to. In most states you are considered a sub contractor or free will employee. They can fire you for no reason or any reason at all.
If you're union that's diff you could file wrongful termination .

Contact a lawyer, but I'm pretty sure they have a right to maintain the complainant's anonymity to you.

They don't have to present you with documentation, unless you ask for it.
And even if you ask for copies, some personnel documents are classified - even from the employee.
