Why does autocorrect constantly change my words

Report as

I have it too. Can't seem to get rid of it. I've posted some stupid things because I didn't proofread my answer.

Because it's AUTOcorrect. it AUTOmatically corrects your words, just in case you don't know how to spell certain words.

Is there a setting you can freely type a word and add it to the phone's dictionary? Usually unique names aren't in its dictionary and it'll try to change it to a word that's spelled semi-close to it, and you'll have to manually save it yourself.

Because it is auto correcting :P Just click on the word you ACTUALLY want when it pops up with a preview. Eventually you'll train it to use that word first.

My auto correct is stupid, it suggests words that are so far off sometimes!
