You don't need to see a doctor about that. I have the same thing; it's normal and isn't a sign of anything bad. It usually goes away after several minutes, right? If this goes on for an hour or something, then, yes, see a doctor (just your usual doctor is sufficient), but if you have the same thing I have, then it's just a common quirk of your body and isn't a problem, per say, although it is pretty annoying.
I would see a general family doctor and have him refer you. Sometime the same thing happens to me when I have pressure in my ears. So you might want to have your sinuses checked first. If not, and you believe its your heart, go to a cardiovascular doctor. But in my opinion, a general family doctor would know best
