When I have a bunch of hw sometimes, I always end up working till late at night - close to midnight or later. and I would get so tired and stressed out by the end. Every half an hour I would stand up and stretch and walk around the house for a few minutes. This relieves stress because you're not staring at assignments for such a long time in a row and you excercise your muscles. You also get more air through your lungs. You might also want to keep a cup of water beside your desk. Hope I helped! :)
Matthew, when I feel stress I do something that is very familiar to me...read a book, go play (or teach) tennis, run a mile or two, eat Oreos!! (just kidding!) I always try to live life one day at a time! this really helps me. sometimes I will do something goofy that actually needs done, such as washing the car or running errands. or I eat more Oreos! (ooops, there I go again!) lol. but seriously, do not allow these times of stress mess up your day. this feeling will generally pass in a short time. if you are in your teenage years, these emotions and feelings are very normal. a whole lot is going on in your young life! no big whoop-de-do...it'll all work itself out!!! does this help you?!..;-) stay safe and enjoy your summer.
