What length stem should I run I. My bmx bike?

I am 5'6- 5'7 and I run a 20.75 frame what size stem 50mm? 45mm? would best suit me?

I think you should run a 45mm stem because of your current height and ride preferences. I believe you will have a better ride in general and won't have to stretch out over long periods of time.
