I was involved in a car crash and the other driver was extremely rude to me and i was treated unfairly by both the other driver and officer

i am a 16 year old girl and the woman who was also involved in the crash was about 60. She immediately tried to blame me for the accident and demanded that i give her my license and called me "little missy" i was not rude to her at all during the incident. the officer spent about 30 seconds to ask me my side of the story and talked to her for about 10 minutes.

Don't worry about it the police report will show who's at fault. The accident scene usually speaks for it self and the officer will write an accurate report. He's not going to risk his job because he "likes" her more. Just get a copy of the report for your insurance company. Don't worry about the lady being rude. Accidents happen no matter who was at fault. Some people just get riled up over stupid things. You don't ever have to speak to her again and just let your insurance company deal with it. If she calls you for some reason tell here to call them and not you. Just relax, it's no big deal as long as every one is alright, that's all that matters. ;o)

Did you rear end the woman? If so its your fault. If not the tell your insurance company and let them fight it out. They don't want to have to pay.

What did the officer's report say? Call the department and get a copy. Did you get pictures of the accident and of any surrounding roadsigns or intersections? Do your own documentation of the accident.
