Eat something with carbohydrates such as bread and cereal because they give you energy during the day. Protein (meat) is stored in your body to be used when you use up all your carbohydrates. So bread and sausages/eggs are a good idea.
lol my ex use to make me the best breakfast ever. she's take a muffin pan, grease the pan, create an outer layer on the inside of the muffin pan with hash brown shavings then take and egg and whisk it and pour it into the hash containers and they cook some bacon, rip into tiny pieces, cover it in syrup and put in broil for a few minutes to caramelize, then sprinkle onto the hash/egg cant think of the name of them put they are awesomeeeeeeeeee
