How do I stay confident (read description)

ok i am going through a tough time and I think to myself that everything will be alright but I cant believe in those words I cannot sleep because of this I can barely eat because of this

just ignore and pretend the things ur going through are nothing. just believe in urself that you'll succeed. but never run away from ur problems, they'll be chasing u. believe inurself that u can fix the problems, and end your tough times. everybody goes through tough times, but they believe in themselves. when u believe in yourself, it gains your confidence and motivation including ur mental strength. stay strong and believe, you'll be confident in whatever whenever.

What is it that's keeping you from feeling confident? Is it an upcoming event, a break-up?

I lost something very dear to my heart and I know I can get it back but I keep having negative thoughts

Remind yourself that you'll get it back no matter what. You're gonna have those negative thoughts every once in a while, and how you deal with them is think positive.

Ignore everyone. I know how hard it is, I've dealt with this before. Get lost on your music and create your own little world of people and things you love

I, too, am going thru a very tough time but i have learned to take things one day at a time and focus on the positive aspects of your life. I stay busy from the time I get up until the time I go to sleep. Even if it means pulling weeds or picking up rocks, I stay busy. Volunteering at your local shelter or nursing home, or anywhere for that matter, is a great way to occupy your time.

I know it sounds too cleche' but, it will pass and you will be stronger for it.
