Don't dye your hair because the "chemicals" in that dye damages your hair. And you don't want to straighten your hair that much either coz' you will be burning the tips of your hair which prevents it from growing.
Drink plenty of water. You can try massaging your scalps with olive oil for at least 3 minutes then rinse it out. OR Condition your hair too, put conditioner through your hair from root to tip. (I personally use the conditioner "Phyto" but you don't have too) Wind a towel around your head and wait from 20 minutes before rinsing throughly. Groom your hair too because if you leave a lot of knots in your hair it won't help it grow. Hope this helped.
mane 'n' tail! it is a horse shampoo and conditioner product! you can find it at Safeway. It is really thick so it weighs down your hair and makes it grow a lot faster. This is what I used and it made my hair grow a lot longer. If you have greasy hair it is probably best not to use it, because it is so thick it has a tendency to make your hair greasy. otherwise this is a great product and it cheap!
Cheapest thing besides buying a fancy shampoo is the chinese herb Fo-Ti. You can probably find a reputable source or herb shop to order it cheap. Fo-Ti is sometimes called Mr He's Long Black Hair. It was said that Mr He had this renowned long hair with lots of pigment and it was said to be atrributed to Fo-Ti. YOu can put it in a coffee grinder and make capsules or do a tea. It goes good with Jiao Gu Lan, Chinas herb of immortality. Someone else said Hibiscus and scalp massages. FOlic acid and CoQ10 may also help. Maybe vitamins E and D
after you put shampoo and conditioner in your hair spray salt on it.it keeps your hair strong and makes it grow way longer.when i did it everyone thought my hair was the most prettiest hair in the world.
Coconut oil is great for hair (well, really it's great for everything!) All you need to do is massage it into your hair (dry or wet) and scalp, using as much as you need for your hair to become saturated. I'll typically leave it in my hair for 10-20 minutes, then rinse and shampoo (you may need to shampoo a few times before getting all of the oil out, though). It leaves my hair silky smooth and has boosted my hair growth by about 40%. Plus, it's all natural!:) The only downside is that your hair may seem a little greasy for the first day that you use the coconut oil, but it's never been greasy the day after.
Try to use less heat on your hair. I'm doing a heatless summer for my hair. It really makes a difference. and you can also try masks for your hair there is an egg mask on youtube for your hair. And a lot of people say trim your hair about once every 2 months but I only trim my hair twice or 3 times a year. it really doesn't need to be cut so much. And if you skip a day of washing your hair it also helps because you need those oils in your hair. Hope I helped!
Massage you're roots everytime you get out of a hot shower. a really fast way too is eat more V-E And don't straighten or curl your hair, don't dye your hair. keep it healthy. keep yourself healthy And DON'T smoke. You could also put oil on you're roots and massage it in. :3
I would like to suggest some easy steps here for growing hair more faster like try to contain balanced amount protein daily, eat adequate iron & zinc, Vitamin c is important and also avoid to eat foods which contains vitamin B. So, this steps helps you to get more hair.
Nothing makes your hair grow faster. It always grows at the same rate. However, if you keep it healthy it may seem like it grows faster because when you dont keep it healthy the hair can snap, leaving the impression it's not growing.
