Crash diets don't work. You have to make permanent changes if you want to see any improvement. Why is it SO CRAZY to think that you should just ALWAYS eat healthily? Is that SO strange?? Google what foods are good for you. In a nutshell, you should avoid red meats, eat whole grain only, lots of fruits and vegetables, fish is also good, and steer clear from frozen dinners and canned foods (frozen vegetables are OK) because they're full of preservatives and sugar and other bad stuff. You'll probably be surprised at how much sugar is in EVERYTHING. You really have to be careful with what you eat. Just completely cut out soda and other sugary drinks. Even juice can have a lot of sugar in it, so you have to be careful about that (like with apple juice, only get the unfiltered, not from concentrate kind because filtering it takes away a lot of the nutrients). It's also a good idea to eat just raw vegetables because they lose a lot of their enzymes and other good stuff when they're cooked (steaming takes away some of the good stuff too, but less than just cooking in a pan). there is no loose all the weight you need to loose in a month any program that is healthy on your body will be hard work which is nothing anybody wants to hear. Loosing weight the right way will benifit you and your health in the long run. Go on power walks no need to jog or run that puts pressure on your knees and ankles that can create autheritice later. Try 15 to 30 minute power walks a day and try to find a buddy to walk with. Start eating healthier. It doesn't take that much to cut an apple or peel an orange. Do not stress!!!!! Stress can cause dramatic weight gain. The less you stress the more you loose. Its not that hard and you can make it harder if you'd like but those are the simple steps to healthy weight loss.
Instead of trying to go on a crash diet for one month why not try to just make healthy changes to your eating and lifestyle? It will better serve you in the long haul. I used to have a diet plan called the great american heart institute diet that you could lose 30# in 30 days. I knew a lot of people who did just that. I'm sorry I don't have it any longer to pass on to you because it does work well. You may be able to find it online and I will look for it also and give you a link if I find it.
the keytone diet is great!! but, eat lots of green foods, (celery, broccoli, peas, etc) anything green will speed up metabolism. drink lots of water &have 6-7 small meals a day, dont eat 3hours before bed, and i may suggest the water detox to start, it is just a cleanse to get your body working well.
