put some headphones in and listen to your favorite music. it doesnt have to be relaxing. Its impossible to completely not think of the things bothering you, but his way it makes it easier to see in a new perceptive and open your mind.
talk to someone if u think it's ok...... it usually helps ....... write down ur thoughts and write everything u want it can help too.... and if u enjoy music go and listen to them.....that's what i always do....:]
Well if you can drive or if someone can drive you go for a long car ride mabey into the country or something like that listen to a little bit of music and just drive. Think positive hun youll get thru it! I promise.(:
