I saw the movie ROBBER he died by stabbing but in real life he was shot by police. Why they change his death for the movie?

Because movies do that which isn't always cool, but a stabbing is more bruttle than a shooting in my opinion, that is probably why you didn't see them like put something in the dudes drink to kill him because it would have been like watching paint dry, with a stabbing you can only be so far away when killing them, with a shooting you can be further away which in turn leads to being less emotional. Psychology
