how can you lose 15 pounds in a week ?

im getting ready for a dance and graduation and my stomach looks bigger than it did a few weeks ago and I wanna trim down my legs . I will do anything ! help I want to look as good as I can !!

Im sure working out can help...but 15 pounds in a week?! You would have to make your average weight two pounds lighter everyday..i think that is kinda unhealthy. Just my opinion though.

do squats, twisting sit ups, crunches, leg lifts, and i do a modified crunch, where i lift my legs up at about a 50 degree angle while laying down, and lift my upper body up as far as i can, and twist my arms from left to right

Why doesn't anyone here seem to know how a person loses weight? That's as ill-informed as not knowing where babies come from.

its impossible, even if you go to the extreme. just eat well and drink lots of water and exercise

It is not safe to lose 15 pounds in 1 week, especially considering how small you already are. I would eat healthier and excercise, but not excessively. Love yourself for who you are.

as much sun as you can, sport everyday, I would advice running, like 1hour a day (dont forget to drink enough water 30min before and after). Cut on sugar, no raw food, no food under room temparture, no food additivs so no fast food/processed food or random restaurants (a lot of them are chemicals, unusable by your body and stored as fat), no diet food such as zero coke (it increases body weight instead of reducing it), as many organic food as you can (to avoid chemicals, that will store as fat too) and massage your belly after meals for 5-10min in circle.
Eat a good breakfast, like a oatmeal, a good lunch and a very light dinner ( you dont consumme energy while you sleep, so your body will store it as fat)

Besides working out, you should follow the food groups and the calorie list. For, Children and Teenage girls, and active women, you need about 2,200 calories a day. Don't go over the calorie limit. When me and my sister were on a diet, she checked the "Nutrition Facts" on the back of something for how many calories. Then she compared them to other things to see if the calories were less or more. You can also do various things to burn calories...EVEN SLEEP! You should also follow the serving of food groups each day. For about 1,600 calories, you need to follow: 6 servings of grain, 3 servings of vegetables, 2 servings of fruit, 2 to 3 servings of dairy, and 5 servings of meet. For about 2,200, you need 9 servings of grain, 4 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of fruit, still 2 to 3 of dairy, and 6 servings of meat. You should also get more active, like spent at least 60 minutes out side playing, jogging, walking, riding a bike, anything that gets your heart pumping! I like to dance to miku for exercise lol! When your checking the nutrition facts of something, remember to keep how many servings a day in mind. (read comment for more)

Also, My sister has this thing, it's like a chart. For each week, it tells you how much of what you can have each day, when you get chips or something, you flip down the category square for that food group. OH! And don't EVER believe that something is 0 calories. The ingredients they use have calories so that adds calories to that item. The only thing in this world that has 0 calories is water. :) hope this helps!

Oh, but trying to lose 15 pounds in a week seems unhealthy to me. When I was getting weighed, the jacket and cloths I was wearing made me seem heavier, especially the jacket. I mean, the human head weighs roughly, I'd say 3.5. So subtract that from 15. Still, it's not that possible to lose 15 pounds in a week. I'd just stick with the diet plan I provided and just lose how much you can lose. Probably won't be 15 but it'll be some. Besides, your picture doesn't look like you need to lose weight
