If a school makes several reports / allegations on a parent then calls acs can a case be founded on those allegation or do they need proof?

the school made complaints every time I made complaints about my children not aloud to read or them being let out of school alone without me and I found them in the street playing they said they couldn't read but after retesting I found they are gifted and talented how can I dissolve this indicated case which is based on hear say?

If it goes to a court then the judge will dismiss it, but I'd suggest an attorney just in case. How old are the kids? From what I understand, the school is liable for their safety from the moment you drop them off until the moment they step inside your house. Especially younger ones.

They're 5 and 6 years old acs actually agreed with the school on any and every situation but I pleaded for they're safety and had them tested and switched school as well and now they're doing fine I don't like how I'm being labeled an abuser but they keep threatening me saying they always when I don't understand how a case can be founded based on allegations alone ?

It's called en loco parentis= in place of the parent. The school is responsible for the child when the child is away from you. You have a good case.
