Never worry about what the scale says. No reason to ever step on one unless it is for the Dr of for a physical. You know what you look like without clothes... You know what areas might need work or you may not need any work at all (except for maintenance) You should be more concerned with how you look and how you feel about the way you look. Muscle weighs more than fat does anyway... it will always make you weigh more. Sounds to me as though you are just about perfect.... but only you know for sure.
