So sorry! I feel your pain. Some" morning sickness" lasts all day for 9 months and there is really nothing you can do. You can purchase " relief bands" worn on the wrist similar to sea bands, signals pressure point to brain. People suggest stuff like Ginger ale and crackers but if it's coming from your head, like being on a bad carnival ride, you really don't need to take things to settle your stomach, it won't work, you are nauseous and dizzy, crackers aren't working. Make sure you don't dehydrate, if water won't stay down try Popsicles. Eat whatever you can, even if it's popcorn. Talk with your doctor, you might need to take a leave of absence.
ginger * ginger ale * ginger snaps* health food stores carry drops or tiny pills to put under your tongue made of herds. Believe it or not one is called vomitous. Alot of foods cause it to be worse like broccoli or cabbage even some of your faves. Keep a food log to see if it's triggered by any of those.
