I have exams too. Fear not and calm down :) So first if you are supper stressed, try stress relieving strategies. Read a book, listen to music, or laugh. Do something you like and that will take your mind of the exams and studying.
When you are writing the exam, try to complete the questions worth the most value first. For example if you have an essay worth 30 points, do that first then the easier questions such as multiple choice. Also at the beginning of the exam if you think you are going to forget certain questions easily, ask for scrap paper and write down the answers to those questions for reference. Good luck :)
Get plenty of sleep, otherwise your studying will be in vain. Set aside time for small breaks, otherwise your attention will wander. Study what the teacher/professor stressed in class and the key points of the material. Overall, if you put in the effort, you will be fine so don't stress yourself out too much.
