Eliminate the Pre- existing conditions clause. Limit the income to premium ratio to make policies more affordable. Allow for purchase of insurance plans across state lines. Those are the ones I remember. Insurance would not be mandated by the government and the IRS would not be involved in determination and penalty collection because there would be no penalties.

I hope that it doesn't include the tax for not having insurance. I am an independent contractor who cannot afford insurance. I will be taxed up to $1,000 at the end of the year- for not being able to afford healthcare. This is literally a fact in the Obamacare system. There's our president, looking out for the low incomes by taxing them extra for not being able to afford healthcare. Unbelievable.

I'm a republican and I'm just saying this is what my family thinks..."that every American(black, white,Asian,Mexican, etc) should be able to go out get a job and earn his or her own money because then you working so very freaking hard would go and have to give your money to the gov which goes it to some random hobo, and guess what that hobo will do with that money...BUY DRUGS AND SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT GET HIM OUT OF THE SITUATION HE IS ALREADY IN! That's my opinion :)
Stop procrastinating in making prudent changes to our health care system but don't go off hog wild and half cocked about changing the system in the way that Obama Care did. If your appendix is infected you operate on that you don't eviscerate your whole gastrointestinal tract, just to use a medical analogy.
