In some cases maybe. My father was very racist, he would lecture me on dating black men because they all r@pe women. My father was an idiot and a burden we all had to bare. I think there's weak people who tend to feel the need to blame others for their own failures. "I didn't get the job because they needed to fill it with a Chinese person" not because he failed a math test or p test. Some have one bad experience and blame the whole race. But mostly it's because of stupidity. Not that they are uneducated about other races but because they're just plain stupid.

I think racism will always be there. It also doesn't matter if you have a colored president now or not, it's not a american thing. Some people always look for a scapegoat, or somebody they feel superior to in general. This has and does happen everywhere in the world. It's not even necessary that the "lowlife" is really from a different ethnic. Any group can be branded as "scum" - it's been scientifically proven.
Racism is learned , . We all know its wrong to judge , but unfortunately it happens , when it does we all need to ask ourselves. What are we afraid of . Racism of any kind comes from fear of the unknown , everyone no matter what race has to work on accepting people and not judging
