How tall are you? How much muscle are you trying to gain, if any? Are you trying to gain or lose weight? Are you even trying to change your weight at all? Are you trying to get ready for a sport? If so, what sport? You should probably just talk to a physical trainer or coach or gym teacher, and ask them for advice.

I'm the same, started off 175 lbs and only benched 100. Now I'm 160 and bench 160-170. If you can bench your body weight after a while (took me 1 bench cycle a week, 1 dumbbell cycle a week, and 1 clean cycle a week for 15 weeks), you're doing just fine.
Think in terms of nutrition. No dairy, no sodas, no white flour (which mean bread), no refined sugar. You don't need to bench press as much as you need proper nutrients running through your blood system.
