You can be able to make your baby healthy at 9 weeks of pregnancy by ensuring that you eat lots of vegetables and fruits. Some the fruits that you can eat include, grapefruit, pineapple, avocado, melon, apricots, berries or bananas. Visit http://www.babycenter.in/a551109/eating-well-9-12-weeks for more info.

everyone is going to want to telll your their little tid bits and if you dont eat everything they tell you not to, you will probably starve. just DONT eat raw or undercooked eggs, fish or chicken, DONT eat soft cheeses (cammenbert, brie that sort of thing) or deli style hams and meats (as all of the above can carry nasty bugs)
DO take prenatal vitamins, mainly folic acid. drink AT LEAST a litre of water a day and DONT eat fast food (you can but it is best not to.
also make sure you exercise everyday, while you are still early on just go for a 40 min walk and when you get bigger bring it down to 2 or 3 trips to the letter box a day.
also talk to your DR. he is the best one to tell you what you need
good luck
