Have no motivation to lose weight!?
In July last year i was gaining some weight so i decided to lose weight and eat less. It worked really well and i kept it up until christmas. I actually ate very little under the last month before christmas.
Now when it's 2013 everything went downhill. I've gained 10 kg / 22 pounds! I need to get the motivation and lose weight now before i get overweight! I can eat a lot and never get full.
My mom says it's because i'm bored and doesn't do anything during the day. But i don't wanna change what i do. I don't wanna force myself to "do things" during the day that i won't even enjoy.
She also says the recent i'm not getting full is because i'm vegetarian and doesn't get protein in me..
Anyway, how can i stop eating ALL THE TIME, and exercise more??
Please help, i've tried everything drinking water, do something else and more but i can't stop thinking about food, and i'm just to tired to drink water all the time, it's so boring!
*EDIT : I've tried to tell my family to not buy junk food but i can't control them. So i can change that either...
And i always snack on bread, cereal and other carbs..
