You'll just get a form letter in response. They have no time to read every single email and respond to it. A better option would be to talk to whoever is appointed just over you, like a section sgt. If you're not in the military, you might talk to a military chaplain or a recruiter.
You should possibility utilize your chain of command before going to the President. What ever your problem is you need to THINK things out carefully before reporting any "problems" you may be having. Even if you have something as serious as the My Lai massacre to report, you still need to proceed with caution. (And in a case like that, A LOT of caution.)
