Vitamins/Minerals...Lipids(fats), Carberhydrates, Fiber. I use to feel Like that when i was 7 and then i went to the Docter... he said im not getting enough of these... (mainly Vitamins) so i started taking vitamin pills to boost myself. Try looking up what carberhydrates and other things that iv said up online and see what food could help you.. =p. I hope i helped =S

yes. Sometimes lack of energy comes from not enough sleep, or not eating the right foods. Your body needs certain vitamins to function correctly. Also, if you don't have enough exercise. It's important yo be active all the time for your body to have enough energy. Hope this helped(:

Too much sleep is just as bad as not enough sleep! Try to exercise and eat healthy ( if you don't already).
If you take 4 hour naps instead of sleeping for 8 hours you will feel more energized...
If you start to notice bags under your eyes, and have a very short attention span, I recommend seeing a doctor. Hope this helps :)

Check with the doctor. Exercise, sleep, water, healthy foods, lots of B vitamins, iron, protein.

Most likely it's too little sleep or too little nutrition. It could also be mental factors, some as serious as depression. My advice is this: Get 9 hours a day of sleep and try to sleep around the same time each day, like 11-ish you go to bed and get up 8-ish, for example. Eat plenty of vitamins and lipids as well as white meat and vegetables, grain and a little dairy if you aren't intolerant or avoiding dairy.
If that doesn't work, see a physician as some diseases and illnesses have reduced energy levels as a symptom. This is just to be safe, it's probably not anything serious.
