I've heard that eating before bed isn't good for you but I get really hungry before bed and can't go to bed hungry... what do I do?

Drink water, drink some warm milk, eat something healthy, like an apple, banana, etc. Dont eat a very big 'bedtime snack' just a light snack.

Don't worry. I get hungry before bed too!

Drink a large glass of water. It will fill you up but not have calories.

Well first off its not really true. It's somewhat true depending on what you eat but something like pop corn is ok. All of my dorm mates eat before sleeping and it doesn't affect you in any noticeable way at all.

You could eat foods which are not heavy in fat or sugar. Fruit is good, veggies are good and an ounce of protein is good, but not more than that or you could have trouble falling asleep. One cup of carbs are good due to converting to serotonin and helping to induce sleep.

You may eat some vegetables like tomatoes. Most vegetables are no sugar. But you also need to stay about 15 minutes before sleep.
