Is it normal to feel cold when it's 65 degrees out?

My boyfriend makes fun of me because I freeze when it's 65 or under. I can wear leggings under my pants, sweaters, and a coat when it's 65 and be perfectly comfortable. Is something wrong with me or do people just feel the cold differently?

Anybody else like this?

It depends on your age, the atmosphere where you are brought up, what are your eating habits. Still it is normal. Aged people may be 50 and above feel cold at that temp, food habits generally vegetarians feel cool at such temp, if you have some ailments or low grade fever you may feel cold.
