What's healthier diet drinks or regular drinks?
Sugar is addictive whether it's real or artificial, but the real sugar is better than the artificial garbage. If you really have to have juice or a carbonated beverage...water them down (use mineral water for the soda/pop)
Believe it or not, diet soda is more harmful than just plain soda! The supplement they put in a diet soda is REALLY hard on your stomach..
There's not much healthy about either one :)
Diet soda has a certain type of sweetener that can mess with your brain.
neither diets sodas usually just have less carbs and sugars. but but no soda really is healthy!
