Where can I keep a baby pigeon?

I found a baby pigeon crying in the rain and no mom in sight. We brought it in but I dont know where to keep it. I have a spear hamster cage but it does not allow it to move around... I have food and water for it, and a heater. Where are places I can put the baby pigeon?

You would have been better off leaving it alone. Sure it'd get wet but the momma pigeon would have found it. Plus pigeons carry diseases so BE SURE TO WASH YOUR HANDS.

Get a plastic storage bin and stick it in there. Then take it to a vet or shelter tomorrow.

The mom was not there was there and no nest.. There are alot of people letting their dogs and cats out it my area with no supervision..

It was probably learning to fly. They do that. It's better to let nature take its course.

In a bird cage in your room or just use that spare hamster cage.

Don't touch it, pigeons are invasive and carry disease and they are very messy. It will be a tasty snack for a bigger bird or snake.
