How do I get a flat stomach?
A combo of eating healthy (meaning eating a sufficient amount if food still, just healthy stuff!) and ab workouts daily /every other day
By doing lots of exercises to do with stomach muscles like sit ups. do about 50 a night and you will be feeling really healthy
Quit eating so much. And some exercise wont hurt.;)
