Trumpet or saxophone

I've been playing the clarinet for two years and wanna try either the trumpet or the saxaphone. I want to play trumpet more but since I am a clarinet player people say it will be easier to Lear the sax. don't just tell me the one you want please give me a reason why I should play that one. THANKS!!!

i think the saxaphone as an instrument has a much more sexier sound and can be played easier. trumpet to me from what i remember from band class in high school was the hardest to play and most annoying haha...sax is the way to go!

If you want to play orchestral music, then trumpet. If more on the pop side then sax has a slight advantage (though horns in rock/soul use both). Saxophone is easier to learn at first but mastering it is a whole other thing. It's similar to the clarinet in that it's a single reed, too, that you know, but the fingerings are totally different (and closer to flute). Fingerings on trumpet and all brass work in a completely different way.
