Other things that will improve acne are avoiding oily, greasy, or fatty foods, washing your face in plain water with a clean washcloth every day, and if it still continues, discuss with a dermatologist as acne is also caused by hormones.
i don't think so.. i have never heard of this and i have been dealing with acne for years.. if you are looking for a way to get rid of acne i use OXY.. seems to work for me very nicely and it cleared my face up fast and keeps it away.
Drinking water is good for your skin, if you don't drink enough of it you may be more prone to get acne, however drinking water itself won't get rid of acne or keep you from getting it, there are many other factors involved.
