There's videos on YouTube you should do like leg jumps where your knee doesn't touch the ground and you jump and alternate legs also jump and touch something that's high while holding a me define ball or light dumbbell at the top of you head so that when you don't have it you will float work on being explosive

Jumping is more about technique than strength, once you have good calf/thigh muscles and a nice big butt to work with you should condition them for explosive movement (see explosive movement training, google) and once that's done read some work by professional jumpers like those in the Olympics and stuff on how to make the perfectly executed jump. Other than that: Jump, jump jump jump jump jump again and again. Best way to master anything is repetition under guidance.
