It would be best if you can contact a customer care persons at Teletech to help you figure out how to access the onesite at home. Meanwhile, you can use your user manual that came with the package and find any guidelines on how to perform this.

Of course I have asked people at work. Managers, team leads, fellow agents, human capitol, and even our tech support. They all have the same answer, that you can just type it into my search engine and find it there. Yet none of them have done this yet. I did not get a 'user manual' when i was hired on as web support.Nor did I receive any 'package' with my job. The only 'guideline on how to do this' I was given was my user name and password. And they work just fine from my work computers. Until recently that was the only way to do this. Being able to do this from home just started about two weeks go. My issue clearly is that I can not find it from home! That is what I am seeking help with. Maybe someone who has gained access from home that can maybe tell me how they found it. That is what I need help with, it really doesn't seem like too much to ask. If you have no usable information why respond?

I'm also a teletech employee. The OP is right in that HC really isn't very helpful one explaining on how to get to the one-site page. You ask them and they just kind of shrug their shoulders helplessly. Neither do the supervisors know. It's a miracle anyone gets promoted here.

You work there right? Isn't this something you should already know since you work there?

Why don't you ask someone at work?

yes this is something i should know. However until about two weeks ago it was something we could only access from our work station computers. and of course i have asked someone at work. I have asked several. They all say the same thing. 'you are supposed to type esp.teletech.com in your search browser and you should be able to find it there.' and of course my next question is 'have you been able to gain access?' to which all managers, team leads, and fellow agents have said they haven't tried yet. Therefore as a last resort I am now asking the 'ask community' and getting answers like the one you responded with. Why would you respond to a question when you have absolutely no insight to give whatsoever? I mean really this may be of no importance to you, but clearly it is to me and this is the answer you give?

I answered because you are an employee of the company that you are asking about. Who would know better than yourself? Certainly not strangers on the Internet.

I recommend you contact your IT tech at your job. If they do not know how you are supposed to access this site, then there is a serious problem with their programming. An internal problem that no one here will know how to remedy. After all, that is EXACTLY what an IT tech's job is for.

Good luck.

Are you the only one trying to access the sure from home? Ask other employees if they have been able to log on.
