agree w/ OTFS. weight watchers IS PROCESSED FOODS. bad for you. No fast food(poisonous to your system) no heat/eats canned anything loaded salt/sugar(unless home canned you control) Americans do things completely BASSAKWARDS as the rest of the world. EAT like a king for B-fast (you use more energy during the day) a prince for lunch and a pauper for dinner as you need less at night. No midnight snacks NO SODA. Eat fresh fruits veggies/ lean meats fish poultry/ wild game. home brewed green tea/honey water whole grains nuts TAKE THE TIME to buy raw mtrls and COOK meals better for you /cheaper too.
