if u have an alarm clock to wake u up try to reduce how loud it is or if u can possibly get rid of it completly. the loud sond waves alert your nervouse system that really dosent wake u up but makes u feel groggy and aggervated, try ( and i kno this sounds stupid) ocean waves to wake u up possibly u could download it on your phone. also TRY NOT TO DRNK COFFEE it is the worst possible think u could do plus taking a hot shower works better than coffee. :)
Get the right amount of sleep. Since we sleep in one and a half hour cycles, you need to sleep for either one and a half hours, or three hours, or four and a half hours, or six hours. or seven and a half hours...etc etc. If you wake up in the middle of a sleep cycle, you will feel as though you didnt get any sleep at all. It works... and I havent even used an alarm clock for over 30 years.
A nice cool (not freezing, but not hot) shower. Also, turn a ceiling fan on high and when you want to get up but can't, throw off any covers. You'll be so cold you'll feel awake and have to get up to turn off the fan.
There is no easy way. Some people are just not morning people. The best thing to do is to just sit up and not lay back down. Have an energy drink next to the bed if you can't get up. Or have coffee made ahead. I head straight for coffee first thing.
